To enrol your child at Surat State School, please complete the Department's Application for Student Enrolment form located in the enrolment forms section below.
To determine when your child can commence their prep year, use the prep online calculator.
Please contact the school office for an enrolment meeting appointment and tour of the school. Enrolment packs are available at the office.
Once enrolled, parents will be given an enrolment information pack outlining transport, uniform purchase, tuckshop information, school prospectus outlining school policies and procedures.
